Terms and Conditions for Myfictionworld Membership:

Eligibility: Membership to Myfictionworld is open to individuals who are 13 years of age or older. By signing up, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Account Creation:

a. To access the full features of Myfictionworld, users must create an account using valid and accurate information.

b. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are liable for any activity that occurs under their account.

Content Submission:

a. Members may submit original poems, stories, and other creative works ("Content") through the Myfictionworld platform.

b. By submitting Content, members grant Myfictionworld non-exclusive rights to publish, reproduce, and distribute the Content on the platform and affiliated channels.

c. Members retain ownership of their original Content and may request its removal from the platform at any time.

Content Guidelines:

a. Content must be original work created by the member.

b. Plagiarism or copyright infringement is strictly prohibited.

c. Content should adhere to standards of decency, respect, and inclusivity. Any discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate content will be removed.

d. Myfictionworld reserves the right to edit or reject Content that does not meet these guidelines.

Draft Submission:

a. Members may submit up to 10 drafts for consideration on Myfictionworld.

b. Drafts should be submitted through the designated portal on the platform.

c. Myfictionworld may provide feedback on drafts and suggest revisions before final publication.

Face of the Year Competition:

a. By sharing their work on Myfictionworld, members automatically enter into consideration for the Face of the Year competition.

b. The Face of the Year will be selected based on criteria determined by Myfictionworld, including but not limited to creativity, engagement, and contribution to the community.

c. The winner of the Face of the Year competition will receive recognition and admiration from the Myfictionworld community.

Termination:

a. Myfictionworld reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership for any member who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in behavior deemed harmful to the community.

b. Members may request the deletion of their account and removal of their Content from the platform at any time.

Amendments:

MyFictionWorld reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of members to review these terms periodically for any changes.
